The first step is to define the claim and its legal basis. Jurisdiction, deadlines, evidence, court fees and possible interim measures should then be checked.
Evidence
In court, what happened is only part of the issue; it also matters how it can be proved. Documents, expert evidence, witnesses, electronic correspondence and other evidence must be relevant and properly presented.
Court Hearing
Depending on the case, the court may address procedural issues and evidence and hear the parties and witnesses. Counsel’s role is to maintain and protect the legal position consistently throughout the proceedings.
Judgment and Next Steps
Once judgment is received, the grounds and deadline for appeal must be assessed separately. If the judgment becomes final, voluntary or compulsory enforcement also becomes a practical issue.
